Password is set of combination of your birth year, month and SSN (Social Security Number) so that it will allow you to access
Step-by-Step Login Process
To sign in to your Dollar Tree employee account, follow these steps:
Go to the Dollar Tree Compass Login Portal via compassmobile.dollartree.com.
Type your Username which is probably your registered Employee ID assigned by the organization
If you are a first time user, then prefer default password in this format :
Take first two digits from your birth month
Last two digits from your birth year
Consider taking last four digits from your SSN
Tap on “Login” button to proceed
After your login credentials got verified, you can able to access the employee portal dashboard.
